Mr Duong is a customer – centric advocate. Before founding CEM Partner, he has 16 years experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship, strategy and customer experience in different levels and disversified environments including private, state owned and multinational companies; such as: sales, marketing and then business planning expert of VNPT, regional relation manager of iBasis – KPN, Deputy Director for Customer strategy, Team leader of Strategy of Viettel Telecom, Business Development Director then Country Director of SingTel Vietnam.

Mr. Duong is the first customer experience expert in Vietnnam. He would like to bring the international managmenet standards of CEM to all Vietnamese firm and business people.
